In Re Communication was read from Civil Service Board recommending that <br />Com~unication <br />Civil Serv. Board Conrad Hanson be reassigned to former duties and salary as Resident <br />(Conrad Hanson) <br /> Manager of Casa de Santa Ana for the~ duration of the project, retro- <br /> <br /> active to April 19, 1951. ~ Trustee Dahl stated that the position of <br /> Resident Manager, Casa de Santa Aha was abolished August ~l, I950 and <br /> all duties, including maintenance, supervision of buildin~s,~grounds <br /> and rentals thereof assigned to supervision of the Park Superintendent. <br /> Mr. Ds~l que.stioned the Park Superintendent if a comparable posit~on <br /> is vacant and was info~me~ that there is no such position available <br /> paying the~salary formerly paid the Resident ~anager, and on motion of <br /> Trustee Dahl, seconded by ~cBride and carried, the request wa~ denied. <br /> On motion of Trustee Dahl, seconded by McBride and carried, the Clerk <br /> was instructed to notify Conrad Hanson that position as Gardener No. 2 <br /> at basic salary of $255.00 per month is available if he is eligible an~ <br /> can qualify. <br /> <br /> On recommendation of the City Engineer, and on motion of Trustee Dah], <br /> seconded by McBride and carried, Tentative Map of Tract No. 1531 was <br /> approved subject to conditions that Seventh Street be made 60 feet <br /> wide and that the boundaries along streets be extended to the centers <br /> of the streets, if possible. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried, the varianc~ <br /> application of Stone and Armstrong was held for further study. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Dahl, seconded by McBride and carried, the plan, <br /> as submitted by the Orange County Medical Association, by letter dated <br /> <br />In Re <br />Tentative Map <br />Tract No. 1531 <br /> <br />~arianoe <br />Stone &.Armstrong <br /> <br />In Re <br />Or.Co. ~edical <br />Assoc.
