<br />The Clerk read the report of the' committee, on set-back Ordinances and

<br />on motion of Trustee Dahl, seconded b~ McBride and carried, the City
<br />Attorney was instructed to prepare Resolution of Intention in regard
<br />
<br />to committee's report.

<br />On motion of Trustee Dahl, seebnded by McBride and carried, .the

<br />variance application of Stone and Armstrong was .referred back to the

<br />Planning Commission for further study,

<br />of G. Millard Parks, Planning Engineer, for permission to have vacatio:

<br />leave from July 16th to August. 3rd inclusive was granted and all

<br />The Chairman appointed Dale E, Brockett as Chief of Emergency W.elfare,
<br />Red Cross, to replace Fred Earle in the Civil Defense.Program.

<br />On motion of Trustee Hunter, seconded· by Dahl and Carried, the Chief
<br />of Police an~ City Engineer were instructed to conduct a survey of the
<br />
<br />ten-minute parking zones with view to
<br />
<br />twelve-minute metered zones.

<br />On motion of Trustee Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried,
