On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Hunter and carried, <br /> <br />In Re <br />Resol. No. 5016 <br />Condemnation of <br />certain real <br />property <br /> <br />following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br />"A Resolution authorizing th~ condemnation of <br />certain real p~operty for the purpo§e of <br />installing thereon, undergrou~tpipe lines <br />for sanitary and storm sewers and declaring <br />the public necessity of said use" <br /> <br />which property extends along the east side of the Pacific Electric <br /> <br />right-of-way south of the center line of Hobart Street 2356 feet to <br /> <br />the north line of Tract No. 560, being a 20 foot strip, was read, <br /> <br />considered, designated Resolution No. 5016 and passed by the following <br /> <br />vote: <br /> <br /> In R~ <br />Publication of <br />City Advertising <br /> <br /> .Ayes, Trustees William Jerome, J.L.McBride, Orson H.
