Howard Habertshaw <br /> Building Depto <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 57-25 GRANTING A VARIANCE WHERE THE <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION RECOM~ENDED DENIAL OF A PART. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, G. HowardRobertshaw filed Variance Application <br /> <br /> No. 860, and the Pla~Luing Commission, after notice and hearing, <br /> adopted Resolution No. 1098 recommending the granting of a part <br /> of the request h~$recommending that that portion of the Variance <br /> request to allow multiple units on the rear of the property be <br /> postponed indefinitely, or until applicant submitted a more detailed <br /> plot planS and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the hearing before the City Council said appli- <br /> cant did present a detailed plot plan for the development of 12 <br /> apartment units on the rear of said property, and did agree to do <br /> the street work recommended by the Department of Public WorksS <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br /> City of $~uta Aha finds that the limitations contained in the Santa <br /> Aha Municipal Code for the g~anting of variances have been adequate- <br /> <br /> l~y met by the circumstances in the present case, for the ~easons <br /> set out in said Resolution No. 1098 and, after viewing said detail- <br /> ed plot plans and off-street pa~king provisions, the variance ap- <br /> plied for by Application No. 860 is granted as follows: <br /> <br /> To use the existing building located at 1518-1520 North Grand <br /> for a real estate office. <br /> <br /> To have a double-faced sign ~ feet by 8 feet. <br /> <br /> To use the rear of the property for c~nstruction of 12 apart- <br /> ment unite, ON CONDITION THAT: <br /> <br /> 1. A total of 22 off-street parking stalls be p~vided <br /> on the p~operty, 4 in front, and 18 in the rear of exist- <br /> ing buildings. <br /> <br /> 2.
