RESOLUTION NO. 57-41 ACum~TING GRANT <br /> <br /> W~, ORANGE AVENUE CHRISTIAN CHURCH, a corporation organized under <br />the laws of the State of California, has presented to the City Council a grant <br />deed~ dated September 20~ 1956, without cash consideration, conveying property <br />in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />An Easement for road purposes over the following described land: <br /> <br />Parcel 1. Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of Parcel 1 of <br />the land conveyed to J. H. Pankey and wife by deed recorded in <br />Book 846, page 302 of Official Records of Orange~County, California; <br />thence along the Easterly line of said land, which line also being <br />the Easterly line of the Daniel Halladay Tract recorded in Book l, <br />page 17 ef Record of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder <br />of Orange Count~, California, North 00 14' 50" East 382.62 feet; <br />thence North 89 33' 41" East 9.46 feet to a point being the be- <br />ginning of a curve concave Southerly and having a radius of 45.00 <br />feet and a central angle of 13° 31' 35"; thence Easterly along said <br />curve 10.62 feet to the true point of beginning, which point is the <br />beginning of a curve concave Westerly and having a radius of 45.00 <br />feet and a central angle of 154° 19' 08"; thence along said curve <br />121.20 feet to a point 20.00 feet Easterly, measured at right angles <br />from the Easterly line of said land conveyed to J. H. Pankey and wife; <br />thence parallel to the Easterly line of said land North 0° 14' 50" <br />East 87.75 feet to the true point of beginning. <br /> <br />Parcel 2. Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of Parcel i of the <br />~eyed to J. H. Pankey and wife by deed recorded in Book 846, <br />page 302 of Official Records of Orange County, California; thence <br />along the Easterly line of said land~ this line also being the Easterly <br />line of Tract No. 3113 as shown on a Map recorded in Book 91, pages 20 <br />and 21 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange Cgunty, California, <br />North 0° l~' 50" East 42.00 feet; thence North 89~ 33' 41" East to a <br />point on the Easterly line of the land conveyed to the Orange Avenue <br />Christian Church by deed recorded in Book 3306, page 581 of Official <br />Records of Orange County, California; thence Southerly along the <br />Easterly line of said laud conveyed to the Orange Avenue Christian <br />Church to a point on the Northerly line of said Tract No. 3113; <br />thence South 89° 39' 25" West along the Northerly line of Tract No. <br />3113 to a point on the Southerly extension of the Easterly line of <br />Tract No. 3~3; thence North 0° 14' 50" East 8.59 feet to the point <br />of beginning. <br /> <br />Excepting therefrom the Northerly 42.00 feet of the Westerly 20.00 <br />feet. <br /> <br /> NOW~ T~RE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said <br />deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be <br />recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> PAF~ANDADO~Pg~by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its <br />regular meeting held on the 4th day of ~arch , 1957. <br /> <br />A~PI~m~T: ~_ <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
