RESOLUTION NO. 57-51 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED WHEREAS, ANTON H. SEGERSTROM and NELLIE R. SEGERSTROM, husband and wife, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM and VE~DNICA P. SEGERSTROM, husband and wife, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, JR. and JEANETTE E. SEGERSTROM, hus- band and wife, and HENRY T. SEGERSTROM and YVONNE de C. SEGERSTROM, husband aud wife, have presented to the City Council of the City of Santa Ana a grant deed dated February 20, 1957, in consideration of the payment of SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFT~ DOLLARS ($7,515.00) conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: An Easement for street purposes over that portion only of the following described property now owned by Grantors: A ~rip of land 60 feet in width, the center line of which is described as follows: Beginning at ~he intersection of the center lines of Delhi Road and 01d Newport Road; thence South 87° 42' 15" West 1868.62 feet along the North line and its Easterly prolonga- tion of Lot 3 in Tract No. 1013 as shown on a Map recorded in Book 33, page 36 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, to the Northwest corner of said Lot 3, and the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southerly; thence Westerly and Southwesterly along said curve, havin~ a radius of 1009.88 feet through a central angle of 18° 4~' 45" an a~c length of 331.58 feet to a tangent line; thence South 68u 53' 30" West 942.13 feet to a tangent curve concave Northerly, having a radius of 1009.77 feet; thence South- westerly and Westerly along said curve through a central angle of 19° 49' 50" an arc distance of 349. 9 feet to a point on the East line of Lot 7 of Tract No. 1024 as shown on a Map recorded in Book 33, page 33 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, 360.47 feet Northerly from the Southeast corner of said Lot 7. Excepting md reserving unto Grantor, his heirs or assigns, the right to construct, maintain and operate across the land herein described, such railway tracks as shall be re- quired for industrial and for other development or use for the parcels of land owned by Grantor and other property ad- Jacent to or in the vicinity of the above described land and in such locations upon the above described land, as shall be required for such purposes, together with the right to convey said right to any person, firm or corporation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. at ATTEST: CLERK OF THE COUNCIL PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana its regular meeting held on the 18th day of March , 1957.
