RESOLUTION NO. 57-69 CONFIRMING IHE ASSESSY~NT AND DIAGRA~ FOR V~ICLE PARKING DISTRICT NO. 1 AND ORDERING THE CLERK OF THE COUNCIL TO DELIVER SA~E TO THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS FOR RECORDING W~{EREAS, after hearing and modification the assessment and diagram of Vehicle Parking District No. i were referred to the Engineer's Office for correction, as directed by the Council, and after further hearing and considering all of the objections and facts relating to s aid~parking district, the Council now finds that the total cost of the acs isition and improvement of Vehicle Parking District No. i Parking Lot and all expenses in connectio~ therewith, less the contributions by the City and expenses borne by the City, and less 'the interim income from said lot, has been allocated and assessed against the land within the district subject to assessment, in proportion to the benefits to be derived from said acquisition and improvement. NOW, T~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby confirms the assessment, the mauner in which said assessment is spread, and the individual assessments against each parcel within said district subject to assessment, hereby approves, confirms ~nd adopts the diagram of said district, and orders and directs the Clerk of the Council to deliver said assessment and diagr~a as hereby con- firmed to the Director of Public Works, the officer of the City of Santa Ana charged with the duties and responsibilities of the Street Superintendent of said City, together with her certificate of such confirmation showing the date of this action; and the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to record the same and insure that the notices and things required by the statutes pertaining to s~d Vehicle Parking District ~o.
