RESOLUTION NO. 57-7h ACCEPTING G~NT DEED <br /> <br /> %~Y{EREAS, J. E. PRENTICE has presented to the City Council a <br />Grant Deed dated Narch 7, 1957, which, together with a Deed dated <br />March 5, 1957, offered by the Elks Building Association of Santa <br /> Ana, Inc., covering the same property, are given in consideration <br /> of ~2,500.00, which said Grant Deed conveys property to the City <br /> of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />The Northerly 17 feet of the following described property: <br />Lot A of the Stafford and Tustin Tract, in the City of <br />Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, as shown <br />on a map thereof recorded in Book 2, Page 618, Miscellan- <br />eous Records of Los Angeles County, California; the North- <br />west corner of said Lot A being South 5Q links and East <br />50 links of the exterior boundaries as established by <br />said Stafford and Tustin Tract; excepting therefrom the <br />Easterly 379.00 feet granted to the City of Santa Ana by <br />deed as recorded in Book 1876, page 280, Records of Orange <br />County, Cbifornia. <br /> <br /> NOW, THE~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed <br />to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of <br />0r~ge County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED ~ND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />~ua at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of ~pril , <br />1957. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORA~[GE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, EP2~A HUNTER, do hereby certify that I am t he Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on <br />the 1st day of April , 1957, and was at sa.id meeting regularly <br />passed-gnd adopte'd by the following vote, to-w~t: <br /> <br />AT, ES, COUi~CIL~[EN: Dale H.
