RESOLUTION :tO. 57-75 ACCEPTING QUIT CLAIM DEED WHEREAS, ELKS BUILDING ASSOCIATION OF SANTA ~NA, INC. has presented to the City Council a Quit Claim Deed dated March 5, 1957, together with a Grant Deed dated March 7, 1957 from J. E. PRENTICE, in consideration of ~2,500, and quit claims property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: The northerly 17 feet of the following described property: Lot A of the Stafford and Tustin Tract, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 2, Page ~18, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California; the Northwest corner of said Lot A 0eing South 50 links and East 50 li~ks of the exterior boundaries as estab- lished by said Stafford and Tustin Tract; excepting there- from the Easterly 379.00 feet granted to the C~ty of Santa Aha by deed as recorded in Book 1876, Paoe 280, Records of Orange County, California. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R~SOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said deed and the Clerk of G~e Council is hereby instructed to c~se said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, C~lifornla.
