RESOLUTION NO. 57-83 GIVING NOTICE OF PROPOSED ANN~TION TO THE CITY OF SANTA ANA OF THAT CER- TAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY DESCRIBED HEREIN AND DESIGNATED "MONTA VISTA RAITT ANNEX", AND GIVING NOTICE OF TIME AI~D PLACE FOR H~ARING OF PROTESTS THERETO WHEREAS, the Boundary Commission of Orange County, California has approved the description of certain real property as herein set out for t!~e purpose of annexation and the Planning Commission of Santa Ana has spproved said annexation; and ~EREAS, the owners of said real property have filed a peti- tion with the Clerk of the Council, requesting that the City of Santa Ana, California, annex said real property, stating that the same is uninhabited, consenting in writing that said real property may be taxed to pay any indebtedness or liability of said City con- tracted prior to such annexation; NOW, ~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby declares its intention to annex all of said territory under the provisions of the Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939 and finds tory is deemed uninhabited ~;ince residing in it on April l, 19~7, sad hereby declares that said terri- it had less than 12 registered voters the date when said petition was filed, that said territory is contiguous to the City of Santa Ana, California, lies in the County of Orange, ~ud is described as: "Beginning at the Northwest corner of Tract 2355, as per map recorded in Book 72, Pages 33, 34, 35 and 36, ~iscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, s~d point being an angle point in the boundary line of the City of Santa Ana; running thence South 0° 09' 10" East 1350.02 feet along the Westerly line of sail Tract 2355, said line being the center line of Raitt Street as shown on a Replat of Santa Ana Acres, as per map thereof recorded in Book 5, Page 8, ~iscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, to a point in the South lin~ of Fatrview Avenue as shown on s~d Replat of Santa Ana Acres, the said center line of Raitt Street being the boundary line of the City of Santa Ana; thence ~ aving the boundary line of the City of Santa &na North 89° ~7' 30" West 6~9.~1 feet along the South line of said Fair view Avenue to the intersection with the South- erly extension of the Westerly line of Lot 30 of said Santa Aha Acres, said point of intersection being an angle point in the boundary of the City of Santa kna; thence North 0° 11' 50" West 1347.78 feet along the West line of Lot 30 and Lot 12 of said Santa Ana Acres and the extension thereof to
