RESOLUTION NO. 57-9~ GIVING NO'ITCE OF PROPOSED ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF SANTA ANA OF THAT CER- TAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY DESCRIBED HEREIN AI{D DESIGNATED "CRODDYLAND ANNEX NO. 2", AND GIVING NOTICE OF TI~E AND PLACE FOR HEARING OF PROTESTS THERETO WHEREAS, the Boundary Commission of 0raage County, California has approved the description of certain real property as herein set out for the purpose of aunexation and the Planning Commission of Saa ta Aha has approved said annexation; and WHEREAS, the owners of said real property have filed a pet- ition with the Clerk of the Council, requesting that the City of Santa Aha, California, annex said real property, and stating that the same is uninhabited; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Aha hereby declares its intention to annex all of sa d territory under ~ue provisions of the Annexation of Unin- habited Territory Act of 1939 and finds and hereby declares that said territory is deemed uninhabited since it had less than 12 registered voters residing in it on April 8, 1957, ~he date when said petition was filed, that said ~ ' territory is contiguous to the City of S~ta Aha, California, lies in the County o£' Orange, and is described as: Beginning at the intersection of the East line of 01d ~ewport 'Road, ~0 feet wide, with the North line of Delhi Road, 40 feet wide, as sho~ on a Licensed Survey~ 's ~ap filed in Book 7, at ~age 9 of Reco~ of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, Cal- ifornia, i~ Section 27, T. ~ S., R. l0 W., $. B. B. & N., and ~anning along the following four courses, the bearings of which are based on the center line of said Delhi Road as being North 87° ~4' 4~" East, as shown on said Licensed Surveyor's ~lap; 3~ence ~orth 87° 44' 45" East along the North line of sa~d Delh~ Road 2,430.12 feet more or less to the intersection of said i~orth line of said Delhi Road, with the southerly extension of the East line of the "School and Park Annex No. 2", annexed to the City of Santa Aha by Ordinance No. NS-172 on April 2, 19~6; thence North 1° 00' 20" West 10.00 fee~ to the Southeast comer of said "School and Park Annex No. 2"; thence South 87° 44' 45" West 827.38 feet ~long the city boundary of the City of Santa Aha to au angle point in s~d city boundary; thence North 1° 00' 20" West 1,052.73 feet along said City bound- ary to an angle point in said city boundary; continuing along the following courses, the bearings of which are based on the center line of said 01d Newport Road as being North
