RESOLUTION NO. 57-99 GIVING NOTICE OF PROPOSED ANNEXATION TO THE-UTTY OF SANTA ANA OF THAT CER- TAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY DESCRIBED HEREIN AND DESIGNATED "MABURY ANNEX NO. 3", AND GIVING NOTICE OF TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OF PROTESTS THEREOF WHEREAS, the Boundary Commission of Orauge County, California has approved the description of certain real property as herein set out for the purpose of annexation and the Planning Commission of Santa Ana has approved said annexation; and WHEREAS, the owners of said real property have filed a peti- tion with the Clerk of the Council, requesting that the City of Santa Aha, California, annex said real property, and is uninhabited; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the stating that the same City Council of the City of Santa Aha hereby declares its intention to annex all of said territory under the provisions of the Annexation of uninhabited Territory Act of 1939 and finds and hereby declares that said terri- tory is uninhabited, since it had less than 12 registered voters residing in it on April 8, 1957, the date when said petition was filed, that said territory is contiguous to the City of Santa Aha, Cslifornia, lies in the County of Or, ge, and is described as: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Mabury Street with the westerly extension of the South line of Fruit Street (40 feet wide), said point being on the City boundary of the City of Santa Aha, Cd ifornia; running thence easterly along said westerly extension and said south line of Fruit Streat and its easterly extension to the east line of Tustin Avenue (60 feet wide); thence northerly along said east line of Tustin Avenue to its intersection with the easterly extension of the north line of Lot 5, Mabury Tract, as shown on a map thereof, recorded in Book 165, Page 300, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County; thence westerly along said easterly extension and North line of said Lot 5 and along the North line of Lot 6 and its westerly extension of said Mabury Tract, to the center line of Mabury Street and said City boundary of Santa Ana; thence southerly along said center line of Mabury Street and along said City boundary to the point of beginning. That said Council hereby designates "Mabury Annex No. 3't as an appropriate name for said annexation. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that June 3, 1957, at the hour of 7:30 P.
