~ESOLUTION NO. 57-117 DELIMITING A SITE IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ?0R A CIVIC CENTER AND ADOPT- Ii~G S~iE AS A SECTIO~ OF THE ~,~&STE~:~ PLaN FOR THE LOCATION OF 'PUBLIC BUILDINGS ~REAS, the Planning Col~Faission has held hearLugs upon a general plan of enlarging the area heretofore delimited as a site for the location of public buildings, and has recommended to the City Council delimiting as a Civic Center site the area hereinbelow described; and ~.J_EREAS, t ~e City Council did hold a public hearing, on notice, as required by law, to pass upon the enlargement of said area; NO?~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Smta Ana hereby adopts as a general plan, and as a section of t~e i~aster plan of said City, a Civic Center site bounded on the NORTH by Eighth Street, bounded on the EAST by North Sycamore Street, bounded on the SOUTH by ~Jest Sixth Street, and bounded on the tYEST by the westerly side of the Alley running north and southb etween Sixth and Eighth Streets, between Van Ness Street on the east and Patton Street on the west, so ti~at said Civic Center Site shall be enlarged and delimited as herein set out as a site for the location of public buildings.
