The Board of Trust~es of the ~it~, of Santa Aha, does resolve and declare as follows: R~solved, That it is the intention of the Board cf Trustees of the City of Santa Aha to order the follow~ng street work to b~ done, to-wit: That the roadway of ~ast Fourth street in said cdty from tho East rail of the m~ n tracks of the Atchison, TOl-eka and Santa ~e Psi]way to th~ ~ast City Li: ~ts of the City of Santa Ana, ~e I~av~d -rit~ a ~ ement concrete bas~ of 5 inch~s thickness and a ?,,oaring surface of ssi)halt ~uorete of 1~ inches thiok- no~s, exo~z~t a striI. of 9 feet in w~dth, the ¥orth ]~ne of which is 35.5 felt South of the ~orth !~ne of said East Fourth Stre:t, a]~o exc~lt that portion re.iuired by any l:erson or co~:lany hav- ing railroad tracks thereon. It is heraby d~termined in pursuance of an Act of the Legis- lature of the Stat~ of California entitled: "An Act to [rovide a system of street improvement bonds to re!:resent certain ~ssess- merits for the nest of street work an3l im?rovement within I:a!it~es and alto for the payment of ~uch bonds" approved February ~7,1893, as thereafter amended, that bonds shall bo issued to represent ass6sements of ~25.00 or over for the cost of said
