RESOLUTION NO. 57-133 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED WHEF~AS, WILLARD G. PAGENKOPP, OUIDA PE~N PAGENKOPP, EDMUND A. PAGENKOPP and VERNA PAGENKOPP have presented to the City Council a Grant Deed dated May 9, 1957, without cash cc~sideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of Califor- nia, described as: An easement for street purposes over, The easterly 5 feet of the following described property: Commencing at the southeast co~ner of Lot 8 in Block One (1) of Pal mer's Addition to the Town of Santa Aha, as show on a Map recorded in Book 34, page 87 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, and running thence West along the North line of Walnut Street, 125 feet; thence North 100 feet; thence East 125 feet to the West line of Main Street, and thence South along the West line of Main Street, 100 feet to the place of beginning,~and being the South 100 feet of Lots 8 and 9, and the East 25 feet of the South 100 feet of Lot 10 in said Block 1; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, Cal- ifornia.
