RESOLUTION NO. 57-134 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ALFRED COVARRUBIAS AND NARCIA COVARRUBIAS, husb~ud and wife, <br />have presented to the City Council s grant deed dated April 15, 1957, with- <br />out cash consideration, conveying property In the City of SanZ~ Aha,, County <br />of Orange, State of Celifornia, described as: <br /> <br />That portion of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter <br />of Section Fourteen, Township Five South, Range Ten West, S.B.B.&M., <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />An Easement for street and public utility purposes over a strip <br />of land 80.00 feet in width, the Southerly line of said 80.00-foot <br />strip being described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of land described <br />in a Deed to Alfred Covarrubias and wife, recorded May 22nd, <br />1952 in Book 2333, page 48 of Official Records; thence <br />Easterly 230.00 feet to the Southeasterly corner of said <br />land of Alfred Cbvarrubias; the Northerly line of said 80.00- <br />foot strip to be lengthened or shortened so as to terminate <br />at the Westerly end with the Westerly line of said land of <br />~fred Covarrubias and at the Easterly end with the Easterly <br />line of said land of Alfred Covarrubias. <br /> <br /> The Grantor hereby releases and relinquishes to the Grantee all abutter's <br />vehicular rights, including vehicular access rights, appurtenant to Grantor~s <br />remaining property, but not including pedestrian rights. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said <br />deed s~d the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to <br />be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its <br />regular meeting held on the 20th day of May , 1957, <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA HUNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of <br />the City of Sant~, Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly i~oduced <br />to said Council at its regular meeting held on the ~h .day of , <br />1957, and was at sold meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following <br />vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: Royal E.
