RESOLUTION NO. 57-151 ACCEPTING ORANT DEED Wn~, RONALD CALVIN HART and BESSIE OPAL HART have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated May 21, 1957, in consideration of payment of $6750.00, conveying p~operty in t he City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of Califomia, described as: PARCEL 1. The Northerly 32.00 feet of Lot 13 in Block B of Tract No. 233, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 13, Page 9 of Miscellaneous Map s, Records of Orange County, California. pARO~r. 2. That portion of Lots 13 and 15 in Block B of Tract No. 233, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 13, Page 9 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of O~ange County, California, des- cribed as follows: A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded Northerly by the South line of Parcel l, bounded westerly by the west line of said Lots 13, and 15, bounded southeasterly by the arc of a curve concave southeasterly having a radius of 25.00 feet and tangent to said south line of Parcel l, and tan- gent to said west line of Lots 13, and 15. NOW, THEREFOP~g, BE IT ~EBOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
