RESOLUTION NO. 57-170 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED WHEREAS, ORANGE COUNTY DEVELOPMENT CO. has presented to the 0ity Council a Grant Deed dated J~ne 27, 1957, without cash con- sideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Or, ge, State of California, described as: An easement for street purposes over the following: Beginning in the North line of Tract No. 1574, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 47, Page 18 of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, at a point distant thereon North 89° 55' 50" West 240.00 feet from the center llne of Bristol Street as shown on said map and running thence North 0° 21' 35" West 30.00 feet; thence South 89° 55' 50" East 172.81 feet to the beginning of a tan- gent curve concave northwesterly and having a radius of 25.00 feet, said curve being also tangent to a line parallel with and easterly 42.00 feet, measured at right angles from the center line of Bristol Street as shown on Record of Survey per Book 26, Page 45 of Records of Survey in said office of the County Recorder; thence northeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 90o 25' 45", a distance of 39.46 feet to sM d parallel line; thence North 0° 21' 35" West along said parallel line 246.59 feet; thence South 89° 52' 50" East 42.00 feet to said center line of Bristol Street; thence South 0° 21' 35" East 301.92 feet along said center line to the easterly extension of said north line of Tract No. 1574; thence North 89° 55' 50" West 240.00 feet to the point of be- ginning. Excepting therefrom that portion of Bristol Street previously dedicated. Also hereby granting and surrendering all vehicular access rights to Bristol Street from the lands lying west of that portion of the property above described lying West of said Bristol Street, excepting Grantor reserves all vehicular access rights from said lands to said Bristol Street over those portions of the property above described as follows: (a) Over the South 35.00 feet of the North 156.78 feet; (b) Over the South 35.00 feet of the North 2i16.59 feet. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
