RESOLUTION NO. 57-172 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHE~F~AS, GRESCHNER INVESTMENT COMPANY - GORLIN ACCOUNT, a Ltd. <br />partnership, and G~ESCHNER INVESTMENT COMPANY - DISCOUNT CITY ACCOUNT, <br />a Ltd. partnership, have presented to the City Council a Grant Deed <br />dated June 24, i 957, without cash consideration, conveying property <br />in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, des- <br />cribed as: <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over the following: <br /> <br />PARCEL 1: Beginning at the southwest corner of Block "C" of <br />the Fisher Tract as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book <br />4, Page 90, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of 0rm~ge County, <br />California; thence northerly along the West line of said <br />Block "C" to its intersection with the westerly extension <br />of the center line of Third Street; thence westerly along <br />said westerly extension 33.22 feet; thence southerly parall- <br />el with the West line of said Block "C" to the North line of <br />First Street; thence easterly along said North line to the <br />point of beginning. <br /> <br />PARCEL 2: Beginning at the southwest corner of Parcel i and <br />running thence westerly along the North line of First Street <br />505.97 feet; thence northerly parallel with the West line of <br />said Block "C" 20.00 feet; thence easterly parallel with the <br />North line of First Street 505.97 feet to the West line of <br />Parcel l; thence southerly along said West line of Parcel 1 <br />to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Also hereby granting and surrendering all vehicular access <br />rights to First Street from the lands lying North of the North <br />line of the property above described in Parcel 2, excepting <br />Grantor reserves all vehicular access rights from said lands <br />to said First Street over those portions of the property above <br />described in Parcel 2 as follows: (a) the East 35.00 feet of <br />the West 107.50 feet; (b) the East 35.00 feet of the West 347.50 <br />feet; (c) the East 35.00 feet of the West 467.50 feet. <br /> <br />PARCEL 3: A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded easterly <br />by the West line of Parcel l, bounded southerly by the North <br />line of Parcel 2, bounded northwesterly by the arc of a curve <br />concave northwesterly having a radius of 25.00 feet and tangent <br />to said west line of Parcel l, and tangent to said North lt~ <br />of Parcel 2. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Sm~ta Aha accepts <br />said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause <br />ssid Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, <br />Califo~nla. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of~ the City of Sa~a <br />at its regular meeting held on the ~st da~,~, <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
