64 aforesaid portion of said streetl it being the intent of this proceeding to require the improvement of that portion of afore- said street in like manner and material that the same shall con- form in all particulars to the pavement now completed and con- structed on the aforesaid portion of the aforesaid street herein sought to be further improved. That the aforesaid plans, pro- files and cross-sections as heretofore referred to are made & part of this Resolution. Notice is hereby given that on the'3rd day of December, 1917, at ?:30 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City of Santa Aha, any and sdl persons having any objections to the proposed work or improvement or either of the improvements herein referred to and contemplated herein may appear before said Board and show cause why said proposed im- provement should not be carried out in accordance with this Reso- lution. The Clerk shall cause this Resolution of Intention to be published three times in the "Santa Ana Daily Register" & ~aily newspaper of general circulation in Santa Ana, California, and hereby designated for that purpose by the Board of Trustees of said City. The Street Superintendent shall cause to be conspicuously posted along the lines of said contemplated work and improvement and in front of all the property liable to be assessed for said improvement notices of the passage of this Resolution of Inten- tion in the manner and form required by law. Ail of the herein proposed work to be done pursuant to an Act of the Legislatu~e of the State of California, designated the "Improvement Act of 1911, approved Apri2 ?th,1911, and amend- ments thereto. The above Resolution was passed and adopted this 5th day of November,191?, at a regularly adjourned session of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, California, by the following vote to-wit: Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, McPhee, Greenleaf, Maryatt and Vlsel, Noes, Trustees None.
