RESOLUTION NO. 57-186 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, HILP & RHODES, a Cslifornia corporation, has p~esented <br />to the City Council a Grant Deed dated June 25th, 1957, without cash <br />consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of <br />0r~ge, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over: <br /> <br />That portion of the northeast quarter of Section 25, Town- <br />ship 5 South, Range l0 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on?he Nc~th line of said Section 25, 990.00 <br />feet westerly from the northeast corner of said Section 25; run- <br />ning thence North 89° 22' ~i: West along said North line 500.00 <br />feet; thence South 0° 39' West 42.00 feet; thence South 89° <br />22' 10" East 500.00 feet; thence North 0° 39' 45" West 42.00 <br />feet to said North line and to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />EXCEPTING that portion thereof previously granted for street <br />purposes. <br /> <br />Also hereby granting and surrendering all vehicular access <br />rights to Delhi Road from the lands lying South of the South <br />line of the property above described, excepting Grantor re- <br />serves all vehicular access rights from said lands to said <br />Delhi Road over those portions of the property above desoribed <br />adjacent to Delhi Road as follows: (a) over the West 2~.50 <br />feet of the East 215.50 feet; (b) over the West 35.00 feet of <br />the East 327.00 feet, (c) over the West 35.00 feet. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed <br />to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange <br />County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br />at its regular meeting held the <br /> on ~ day of July ~ ~ ,1957. <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERS~ HUNTER, do hereby certify that I am t he Cler~ of the <br />Council of ?he City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regu~l~t~y introdpcgd to said Council at its regular meeting held on <br />the mD~nday of 4uly , 1957, and was at said meeting regularly <br />passed and adopte-~R--~he following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCILMEN: Royal E.
