102 <br /> <br />RESOLUTIO~ OF AWeD <br /> <br /> ~o. 60~ <br /> <br /> The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa ~na, <br />California, does resolve and declare as follows to-wit:- <br /> <br /> ~hereas, the Board of Trustees of the City of <br />Santa Asa, california, did in open session on the 24th day of <br />June,1918, publicly open, examine and declare all sealed propo- <br />sals Or bids for doing the following work in said City of <br />Santa Asa, to-wit:- <br /> <br />(Insert <br /> <br />description of the work). <br /> <br /> Resolved, that the said Board of Trustees hereby <br />rejects all of said proposals or bids, except that next herein <br />mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work <br />and improvement to the lowest responsible bidder to-wit: <br /> <br />of this <br /> <br /> Wells & Br~ssler, at the prices named in 1~.4~ cents bid. <br /> The City Clerk is hereby directed to post notice <br /> <br />award conspicuously for five days on or near the Chamber <br /> <br />Door of the Council Room of the City Hall of the City of Santa Ana, <br />California, and also publish said Notice twice in the 'Santa Asa <br /> <br />Daily Evening Register' a newspaper of general circulation in the <br /> <br />City of Santa Asa, California, and published and circulated in said <br /> <br />City, and hereby designated for that purpose by said Board of <br /> <br />Trustees. <br /> The above Resolution was passed this <br /> <br />June,191~, by the following vote to-wit:- <br /> <br />Ayes,Trustees Tubbs, McPhee, Greenleaf and Maryatt <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />Absent, President Visel <br /> Geo.
