<br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES O~E CITY OF
<br />SANTA ANI DECLARING TO BE NULL AND VOID, RESCINDING, SETTING
<br />ASIDE, AND ABANDONING CERTAIN PROCEEDINGS HERETOFORE TAKEN,
<br />OR ATTEMPTED TO BE TAKEN, IN AND CONCERNING THE CHANGE, MOD~
<br />IFICATION AND ESTABLISHING OF A GRADE ON, AND THE ILrPROVE-
<br />MENT OF, BRISTOL STREET, A PUBLIC STREET IN TI~E CITY OF
<br />SANTA ANA.
<br />
<br />The Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha do determine, declare
<br />and resolve as follows:
<br />
<br /> Section 1. Resolved that Resolution of Intention NO~ 591 of
<br />the city of Santa Aha, and all steps, actions and proceedings taken
<br />or done, or attempted to be taken or done, in pursuance thereof,
<br />as therein l~rovided for, or attempted to be provided for, be rescind-
<br />ed, set aside and abandoned, ~nd the whole and entire proceedings
<br />sought to be initiated by said Resolution of Intention is hereby
<br />declared to he null, void and of no effect.
<br />
<br /> Section 2. Resolved, that Resolution of Intention No. 604
<br />of the city of Santa Aha, and all steps, actions and proceedings
<br />taken or done, or attempted to be taken or done, in puzsuance
<br />thereof, as therein provided for, or attempted to be provided for,
<br />be rescinded, set aside and abandoned, and the whole and entire
<br />proceedings sought to be initiated by said Resolution of Intention
<br />is hereby declared to be null, void and of no effect.
<br />
<br /> Section ]. Resolved, that any bidder to whom any contract,
<br />'pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 604, has been awaxded, to
<br /> attempted to be rewarded, ie hereby absolved from any responsibil-
<br /> ity to the city of Santa Aha for non-performance of said contract,
<br /> and any bond, certified check or money deposited with the Clerk of
<br /> the city of Santa Ana by any such bidder shall be returned to the
<br /> persons entitled thereto.
<br />
<br /> The foregoing Resolution NO.4..~ was passed and adopted the
<br />15th day of July, 1914, by the vote ~f the following named mem-
<br />bers of the Board of Turstees of the city of Santa Aha, towit:
<br />
<br />Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, MoPhee, Greenleaf and Maryatt.
<br />
<br />Noes, Trustees - nons.
<br />
<br />Absent, President Visel.
<br />
