RESOLUTION NO. 57-190 <br /> <br />~LUTION DECLARING "YIELD RIGHT-OF-WAY" INTERSECTION: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br /> <br />the State of California, Section 471.1, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code of the City of Santa Ana, the City Council hereby declares <br />the following named intersection within the City of Santa Ana hereinafter <br />described to be "Yield Right-of-Way" intersection, to-wit: <br /> <br /> ~AITT ST~T <br /> <br />At the intersection of Raitt Street and Willits Street <br /> <br />That a "Yield-Right-of-Way" sign shall be erected at the intersection <br />above described, directing traffic on Raitt Street to "Yield" to <br />traffic on Willits Street. <br />and the Director of Public Works is hereby directe~ to cause signs to be erected <br />as hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular <br />meeting held on the 15~ay of July , 1957. <br /> <br /> Clerk of the Council Nayor / <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE )SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, F/%MA HUNTER~ do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced to <br />said Council at its regular meeting held on the 15~ of July., 1957, and <br />was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> ~ · Royal E.
