RESOLUTION NO. 57-203 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED WHEREAS, Henry T. Segerstrom, Yvonne de C. Segerstrom, Anton H. Segerstrom, Nellie Ruth Segerstrom, Harold T. Segerstrom, Veronica P. Segerstr0m, Harold T. Segerstrom, Jr., Jeannette E. Segerstrom, and Ann Segerstrom have presented to the City Council a Grant Deed dated July 29, 1957, with no cash consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: An easement for street purposes over the following: That portion of the following described property now owned by Grantor herein. A strip of land 100.00 feet in width, the center line of which is described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of Delhi Road and Old Newport Road; thence S 87° 42' 15" W 1868.62 feet along the north lines and its easterly prolongation of Lot 3 in Tract No. 1013 as shown on a map recorded in Book 33, page 36 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange C*unty, California, to the northwest corner of said Lot 3, and to the beginning of a tangent curve concave southerly; thence westerly and southwesterly along the arc of said curve, hav- ing a radius of 1009.88 feet through a central angle of 18° 48' 45" to a tangent line; thence S 68° 53' 30" W 944.41 feet to a tangent curve concave northerly, having a radius of 998.02 feet; thence southwesterly and westerly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 19° 50' 15" more or less to a point on the east line of Lot 7 of Tract No. 1024 as shown on a map recorded in Book 33, Page 33 of Miscellan eous Maps, records of said Orange County, 360.47 feet north~ erly from the southeast corner of said Lot 7. Also hereby granting and surrendering all vehicular access rights to the above described property from the lands abutting said property. Excepting and reserving unto Grantor, his heirs or assigns, the right to construct, maintain and operate across the land herein described, such r~lway tracks as shall be required for indus- trial and for other development or use for the parcels of land owned by Grantor and other property adjacent to or in the vicin- ity of the above described land and in such locations upon the above described land, as shall be required for such purposes, together with the right to convey said right to any person, firm or corporation. NOW, I3tEREFOP~, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa &ua accepts s~d Deed, and the Clerk of the CounciD is hereby instructed to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
