RESOLUTION NO. 57-215 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, PEARL CASSADAY, a Widow, has presented to the City <br />Council a Grant Deed dated August 6, 1957, in consideration of pay- <br />r~ent of $8,000.00 conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County <br />of Orange, State of CaliIornia, described as: <br /> <br /> Lot 19 of the George W.
