RESOLUTION NO. 57-216 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, AMANDA E. WOHRLEY has presented to the City Council <br />a Grant Deed dated July 31, 1957, in consideration of payment of <br />$12,850.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of <br />Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />The East 70 feet of Lots 23 and 24 of the George W.
