113 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 617. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE OITY <br /> <br />OF SANTA ANA~ CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE VACATION OF THAT PART OF <br /> <br />EAST ELEVENTH STREET, LYING EAST OF THE FAST LINE OF ~PURG~ON STREET. <br /> <br /> The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, <br /> California, does resolve and declare as follows:- <br /> <br /> That whereu, the Boe~rd of Trustees of the City of <br />Santa Ana, 0alifornia, did on the 24th day of February,1919, pass its <br />Resolution of Intention No.616, declaring its intention to order the <br />following work and improvement to be done to-wit:- <br /> <br /> To vacate all that portion of East Eleventh Street, <br />the same being a public street in the City of Santa Aha, California, <br />lying East of the East line of Spurgeon Street, as shown on a map <br />recorded in Bock 13, page 63 of Nlscellaneous Naps, Records of Los <br />Angeles County, California, and describing in said Resolution the <br />lands and premises affected or damaged or benefited by the said work <br />and improvement, and to be assessed to pay the damages and costs and <br />expenses thereof if any; <br /> <br /> And Whereas, the Superintendent of Streets of the <br />City of Santa Aha, California, did thereupon cause notice of the pazs~ge <br />of said Resolution to be posted and published for ten days in the <br />manner and az required by law, and, <br /> <br /> Whereas, no objections have been filed again~ said <br />proposed work and improvement, and more than ten days have elapsed <br />after the expiration of the time of the publication of said notice <br />of the pazsage of said Resolution, and the Board of Trustees of the <br />City of Santa Aha ham acquired Jurisdiction to order said work and <br />proposed improvement in said Resolution as aforesaid. <br /> <br /> And whereas, upon investigation and full determination <br />by said Board of Trustees that no damages to the property affected by <br />this work and improvement is done and that no assessment is necessary <br />or essential in said work and improvement. <br /> <br /> Now therefore, be it further resolved, and it is hereby <br />ordered that said work and improvement be done as aforesaid, and as <br />specifically described in said Resolution of Intention No.616, and <br />the Street ~uperintendent is hereby authorized and empowered to put <br />this Resolution in full force and effect,after its approval by this <br /> <br />Board. <br /> The above Resolution ordering work and improvement passed <br /> <br />and adopted on the ?th day of April,1919,by the affirmative vote of at <br /> <br />least three Trustees <br />Ayes,Trustees Tubbs, <br />Noes,Trustees None <br /> <br />to-wit:- <br />NcPhee, Greenleaf,Ma~yatt and Visel. <br /> Absent None <br /> <br /> A.J.
