RESOLUTION NO. 654. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BO~D OF TRUSTFMS OF TRY CITY OF SANTA <br />A~A, OALIFOR~IA, ORPk'~ING AND D~CLARI~G <br />RE-ESTABLISHInG, FI~I~G AND MORE PArTICULArLY <br />THE GRADES OF ALLEYS RUNNING EAST AND ~EST FROM BROADWAY TO <br />FRENCH STREET BETWEEN THIRD AND FOURTH STREETS. <br /> <br /> The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, <br />California, does resolve and declare as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Resolved that whereas~the Board of Tr.ust~ess <br />of the City of Santa Aua, California. did on the 29th day <br />of March, 1920 pass its "Resolution of Intention.No. 646" <br />to order the hereinafter describedwork to bA done and im- <br />provement to be made in s~id ~ty, which "Resolution of In- <br />tention" was duly and legally published as required by law <br />as appears from the affidavit of T. J. McDouner now on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk of said City; <br /> <br /> AND wNFSEAS, notices of the passage of the "Resolut~ <br />of Intention" No. 646 headed "NOTICE OF IMWWOVrM~%!T" were <br />duly and legally posted along the line of said contemplated <br />work and improvement and ~n front of ell the property liable <br />to be effected thereby i~form and manner required by law, <br />after the passage of said "Resolution of Intention", as <br />appears from the affidavit of W. ~. Hoy who personally posted <br />the same, and who, upon the completion of the posting of <br />said notices to-w~t: on the 3rd day of April, 1920 made <br />affidavit to said posting ~Ad on the 5th day of Apr±l, t920 <br />filed said affidavit in the office of the City Clerk, mak- <br />ing oath that he completed the posting of said notices after <br />the completion of publication thereof in the aforesaid news- <br />paper to-wit: on the 3rd day of April, 1920 and <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, no one having appeared in protest and <br /> <br />no objections having been presented in time, form and manner <br />required by law and the Council having now required juris- <br />diction to order the proposed improvement it is hereby; <br /> <br /> RE~OLV~D that the public interest and also the publ~ <br />convenience require the work herein described and the Board <br />of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, C~lifornia, hereby <br />order the following work to be done and the following im- <br />provements to be made, in said City of Santa Ana to-wit: <br />does order and declare the establishing, re-establishing, <br />fixing and more particularly defining and describing the <br />grades of alleys running West and East from Broadway to <br />French Street between Third and Fourth Streets in the City <br />of Santa Aha, California, as set forth in Resolution of In- <br />tention No. 646 adopted and approved by the Board of Trustees <br />of the City of Santa Aha, California on the 29th day of <br />March, 1920 as provided in pursuance of an Act of the Legis- <br /> <br /> <br />
