.206 (e) For the construction of concrete and steel construct- ed oulvSrt~:~Ander and across Second, Third, and Fourth Streets, public streets in the city of Santa Aha, and to be represented by twenty-five bond&, in the denomination of $2QO.OO each, and in Section [0 of sal'd Resolution No. 661 designated Street Improve- ment Bonds.' Now therefore, be it resolved, determined and declared by the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha that the bonds authorized at the special election held at and within said city on the 20th day of July, 1920, and which are or may hereafter be issued and sold pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 661 thereof, for the following purposes, shall be designated a~ follows: (&) The fifty bonds for the construction of cement pavement and a wearing surface u~on a portion of North Main Street in the s~ of $~6,000.00 shall be deoignated Main Street Improvement Bonds. '(b) The twenty-five bonds for the construction of cement pavement and a wearing surface upon a portion of East First Street in thesum of $10,0OO.O0 shall be designated First Street Improvement Bonds. (c) The twenty-five bonds for the construction of cement pavement and a wearing surface upon a portion of Bristol Street in the sum of $9,000.00 shall be designated Bristol Street Improvement Bonds. (d) The fifty bonds for the construction of oement pavement an~ wearing surface upon thooe portions of certain public streets in the said city of Santa Aha not already paved with cement pavement smd a wearing surface which abut upon and insofar a~ they do abut upon the sohool'grounds of certain public schools in the said city, in the sum of $~0,000.00 shall be signated School Grounds Street Improvement Bonds. (e) The twenty-five bonds for the construction of concrete and steel constructed culverts u~der and across Second, Third and Fourth Streeto in the eu~ of $~,000.00 shall be designated Street Iaprog®ment Bonds. The above and foregoing Resolution No. passed and adopted ~ this the 2nd day of September, 1920, by the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha, and on said day signed and approved by John G. Mitchell, President of the Board of l Trustees, and sane being passed by the affirmative vote of the following named members of said Board of Trustees: Ayes: Trustees, J. ~. Tubbe, C. H. Chapman, H. H. Dale, W. A. Greenleaf,,. and John G. Mitchell. Noes: Trustees, None.
