209 Resolution of Intention No. 6~. & Resolution off the Board of Trustees of theCtty of Santa Aha, dsol~ri.ng their intention to change and re-establish the grade on and of a portion of East Fourth Street, a,publio street in the city of Santa ina, d~reoting the posting and publi- cation of this Resolution, and the posting and publication of Notice, and desi~n&ting a newspaper in which such publications shall be made. The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa ina do resolve as follows: Section 1. It ie the intention of the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa ina to order the following change of ~rade to he made,-to-wit: to change and re-establish the official grade of that portion of East Fourth Street, a public street in the city of Santa Ina, de- scribed as oommenc£ng at the East line of Frenoh Street, also a public street therein, and ~lch French Street intersects East Fourth Street; thence East along East Fourth Street to the prolong- ation of the center line of Santa Fe Street, also a public street in said city, and which Santa Fe Street terminates in East Fourth .Street, 80 that instead of the pre8ent and now existing grade on the desorihed portion of East Fourth Street the ~rade thereof when ohanged'will and shall oo~form to the elevations hereinafter stated. The use hettinaftar in this Resolution of intention of the words 'East Fourth ~t~eetW"ls ll!t~nde_d $o ~e~, sh&l~ mean, and at all times be construed to mean that portion of said East Fourth Street described in this section. All of the elevations hereinafter orated are based upon a.datu~ plane adopted and established by Ordinance No. ~?l of the city of ~anta ina, which datu~ plane is 1~.2~ feet below the center of a bench mark consisting of a copper plate fixed ~n and located at the Northwest corner of the City Hall of the city of Santa ~na, and marked 'U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey, B. M.'. The elevations are expressed in feet and hundrednthe of feet and are elevations above said datu~ plane and the said grade shall conform to the following elevations, to-wit: (a) Along the Northerly curb line of East Fourth Street the ~rade shall be as follows: at a point oppos£te French Street At a point 6pposite Mortimer Street.
