~SOI,UTION OW INTENTION NO. Resolved, that it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the city of Smta Ana to order the work to be done and im- provement to be made, hereinafter briefly described, on and along that open public street in said city, commonly known as Greenleaf Street, extending from the center line of West Seventeenth Street north to the center line of West Santa Clara Avenue, also on and along a portiontol that open public street in said city, commonly known as West Santa Clara Avenue, and which portion thereof is described as extending east from the intersection of West Santa Clara Avenue, and which portion thereof is described aa extending east from the intersection of West Santa Clara Avenue by the westerly line of Greenleaf Street produced north, to a line drawn aero'ss West Santa Clara Avenue, 210 feet west of and parallel with the center line o£ North Main Street, and which center line of North Main Street is also the range line between Ranges ~ Nest and l0 West, S.B.B.&M., also on and along a portion of that open public street in said city, commonly known as Nine- teenth Street and which portion thereof is described as extend- ing West from a line drawn across Nineteenth Street 125 feet west of and parallel with the west line of Broadway, to the west line of Eucalyptus Street; also on and along a sewer right-of-way owned by the City of Santa Ana extending west from the west line of Eucalyptus Street to the east line of Greenle~ Street,also on and across Greenleaf Street from the westerly end of said sewer right-of-way to the center line of Greenleaf Street. The use hereinafter in this Resolution of Intention of certain words or phrases are intended to mean, do mean, and shall at all times be construed to have the meaning herein defined. "Greenlesf Street", means that ope~ public street above described. "West Santa Clara Avenue" means the portion of that open public street above described. "Nineteenth Street" means the portion of that opeh public street above described. "Sewer fight of way" mesns the sewer right of way owned by the City of Sants Ana ~nd which extends west from the west line of Eucalyptus Street tc the east line of Greenleaf Street, and which is a~ove desoriOed. T~e work and improvement which the Board of Trustees of t~e city of Santa Ana intends to order done and made on and along Greenleaf Street, West Santa Clara Avenue, Nineteenth Street, and sewer right of way is briefly described as follows:- (a) The excavation in Greenleaf Street, along the center line thereof, of a main sewer trench, extending from and connected with the manhole constructed st the intersection of the center lines of Green]e~f Street and Seventeenth Street, north to the place
