The excsvation for and the construction of a manhole, constructed of either brick or concrete, at the place where the center line of Nineteenth Street produced west unites with the w~st line of Eucalyptus Street, and connected with the main sewer pipe line. (d) The eEcavation in the sewer right-of-way owned by the city of Santa Ana, of a main sewer trench, extending from and connected with the manhole to be constructed at the place where the ceuter line of Nineteenth Stre=t produced west unites with the west line cZ~ Eucalyptus Street, and which place is also the easterly end of said sewer right of way, to the west line of Greenleaf Street, which is the west and of said sewer right of way, thence across the east one-half of Greenleaf Street to the manhole to De constructed in Greenleaf Street, and the construction in said sewer trenc~ of a six inch (6") inside diameter, vitrified salt glazed cylindrical msin sewer pipeline; All of the described sewer trenches and excavations, main sewer pipe lines, manholes, l~ntern holes, and flush tanks to be according to the official grade, and when the same are com- pleted the earth to be backfil]ed and thoroughly settled. Excepting from the work above described any of said work already done upon Greenleaf Street, West Santa Clara Avenue, Nineteenth Street, and the sewer right of way to the official gr ads. Excepting however, from all of the aforesaid described work the portion thereof within any area which is required by law to be kept in order and repair by any person or company having railroad tracks on said streets and right of way. All of said work shall be done in accordance With the plans and specifications adopted therefor, by the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana, by resolution No. 731, on the 3rd day of October, 1~21, fcrsaid work, which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of the clerk of the City of Santa Ana, and are hereby referred to. The contemplated ~ork and improvement on Greenleaf Street, West Santa Clara Avenue, Nineteenth Street, ~nd the sewer right of way in the opinion of the Board of Trustees of the Ci{y of Santa Ana is o~~ more than local or o~dinary benefit, and the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa An~ hereby mskes the expenses of such work and improvement chargeable upon a district, which district s~id Board of Trustees hereby declares to be the district benefited by said work and improvement, and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, and which said district is oounded and descrioed as follows:-
