371 <br /> <br /> November, 1921, at the council chamber of the Board of Trustees of <br /> the city of Santa ~a, any and all persons having any objections <br /> to the proposed work or improvement may aprear before s ai~ Board <br /> of Trustees and show cause why s a~d proposed i~provement should <br /> not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution of Intention. <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the City of S~nt~ Ana shall cause this <br />Resolution of Intention to Ce puolisned twice in SANTA ANA DAILY <br />EVENING REGISTER, a daily newspaper puOlished and circulated in <br />the city of Santa Ana, and which newspaper is hereby designated <br />for that purpose by the Board of Trustees. <br /> <br /> The Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Ana shall <br />cause to be conspicuously posted along the line of said contem- <br />plated work and improvement at not-more than 300 feet in distance <br />apart, but not less than three in all, notices of the passage of <br />t~is Resolution of Intention. <br /> <br /> The work being chargeable upon a district, copies of said <br />notice shall also be posted along all of the open Streets within <br />such district, at not more than 200 feet in distance apart on each <br /> <br />street~ <br /> <br /> All <br />days before <br /> <br /> of the posting mutt be fully completed at least ten <br /> <br /> tee day in this Resolution of Intention set for hear- <br /> ing protests or oOjections. <br /> <br /> All df said notices shall be headed: "NOTICE OF IM~0VENENT" <br /> in letters of not less than one inch in length, and shall in legible <br /> chan aoters state the fact of the passage of tais resolution of <br /> Intention, its date, end briefly describe the work and improvement <br /> proposed, and refer to this resolution of intention for further <br /> pertlculara. <br /> <br /> Said notice shall also contain a statement of the day, hour, <br />and place when and where any and all persons having any object- <br />ions to the proposed work or improvement may appear before the <br />Board of Trustees and sdow cause why the said proposed improvement <br />should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution of <br />Intention, and there shall also be inserted therein the fol- <br />lowing: <br /> <br /> "Notice is hereby given th~ serial bonds to represent <br />unpaid assessmenta and bear interest at the r ate of seven ~er <br />cent per annum will Oe issued hereunder in the manner provided <br />by the improvement bond act of l~lS, the last installment of <br />which Oonds a~all mature ten years from the second day of July <br />next succeeding nine months from their date". <br /> <br /> All said notices shall Oe posted and shall contain s.ud <br />set forth in manner and form the facts, things, and ~atters re- <br />quired by law. <br /> <br /> All of the herein proposed work shall <br /> <br />suance of an act of <br /> <br /> be dOne in pur <br />the legislature of the State of California, <br /> <br /> <br />
