:393 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 751 Resolved , that it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the city of SantaAna 5o order the work to be done and improvement to be made, hereinafter briefly described, on and along that open public street in said city, commonly known as Greenleaf Street, extending from the center line of West Seventeenth Street, north to the center line of West Santa Clara Avenue, also on and along a por- tion of that open public street in seid city, commonly known as West Santa Clara Avenue, and which portion thereof is described as extending east from the intersection of West Santa Clara Avenue by the westexly line of Greenleaf Street produced north, to a line drawn across West Santa Clara Avenue 210 feet west of and parallel wi~h the center line of North Main Street, and which center line of North Main Street is also the range line between Ranges 9 West and l0 West, S.B.B.& M., also on and along a portion of that open public street in said city, commonly known as Nineteenth Street and ~ich portion thereof is described as extending west from a line drawn across Nineteenth Street 125 feet west of and parallel with the west line of North Broadway, to the west line of NOrth Broadway, .to. the west line of Fucalyptus Street; also on and along a sewer right-of-way owned by the city of Santa Ana extending west from the west line of Eucslyptus Street to the east line of Greenleaf Street, also on and across Greenleaf Street from the westerly end of said sewer right-of-way to the center line of Greenleaf Street. The use hereinafter of certain words or phrases are intend- ed to mean, do mean, and shall at all times he construed to have the meaning herein defined. "Greenleaf Street" means that open public street above described. "West Santm Clara Avenue" m~ans the portion of that open public street a~ove described. "Nineteenth Street" means the porticn of that open public street above described. "Sewer right-of-way" means the sewer right-of-way owned by the City of Sant~ Ana and which extends west from the west line of Eucalyptus Street to the east line of Greenlesf Street, and which is above described. The work and improvement which the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha intends to order done and made on aud a~ong Greenleaf Street, West Santa Clara Avenue, ~Nineteenth Street, and sewer right of w~.y ie briefly described as follows:- (a) The excavation in Greenleaf Street, along the center line thereof, of a main eewe~ trench, extending from and $onnected with the manhole constructed at~he intersection of the center lines of Greenleaf Street and West Seventeenth Street, north to the place
