395 ~nstructed of either brick or concrete, at the place where the center line of Nineteenth Street produced west unites with the west line of Eucalyptus Street, and connected with the main sewer pipe line. (d) The excavation in the sewer right-of-way owned by the city of Santa Aha, cf a main sewer trench, extending from and connected with the manhole to b~ constructed at the place where the center line of Nineteenth Street produced west unites with the west line cg Eucalyptus Street, and which place is also the easterly end of said sewer right-of-way, to the west line of Greenleaf Street, which is the west end of said sewer right- of-way, thence across the east one-half of Greenleef Street to the manhole to be constructed in Greenleaf Street, and the conetructlon in said sewer trench of a six inch (6") inside diameter, vitrified salt glazed cylindrical main sewer pipe line. All of the described sewer trenches and excavations, main sewer pipe lines, manholes, lantern holes, and flush tanks to be according to the official grade, and when the same are complet- ed the earth to be backfilled and thoroughly mettled. Excepting from the work above described any of said work already done upon Greenleaf Street, West Santa Clara Avenue, Nineteenth Street, and the sewer right-of-way to the official gr adc. Excepting, however, from all of the aforesaid des.cribed work the portion thereof within any area which is required by law to be kept in order and repair by any person or company having railroad tracks on said streets and right-of-way. All of said. work shall be done in accordance with the plane and specifications adopted therefor, by the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha, by Resolution No. ~'31, on the 3d day of October, 1~21, for said work, which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of the Clerk of the city of Santa Ana, and are hereby referred to. TI~ contemplated work and improvement on Greenleaf Street, West Santa Clara Avenue, Nineteenth Street, and the sewer right- of-way in the opinion of the Board o£ Trustees of the city of Santa Ana is of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the Board of Trustees of the city of Sante Aha hereby makes the expenses of such work and improvement chargeable upon a district which district said Board of Trustees hereby declares to be the district benefited by said work and improvement, and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, and which said district is bounded and described as follows: Located in the city of Santa Aha, Co,sty of Orange, State of California, beginning at the intersection of the center line of West Seventeenth Street, and the southerly extended center · line of Greenlesf Street, running thence west along the center line of West Seventeenth Street 75 feet; thence northerly oarallel
