296 Now Therefore, the Board of Trustees af the City of Santa Aha, by vitrue of said proceedings having aoclui~ed Jurisdiction to do so, does, as provided in the 'Change of Grade Act of l~O~' hereby order the grade of that portion of East First Street, a public street in the city of Santa Ana, described as oo~menoing at the center line of North and South Main Street, also a public street in the City of Santa Aha, thence easterly along said First Street to the point of intersection of said First Street by the center line of Santa Fe Street produced southerly, also a publico street in said city, changed and said grade is hereby changed ~o conform to the elevations hereafter stated, and which elevations shall he the official ~rade thereof. The grades are stated at designated points upon the center line of East First ~r~et~, and the elevations given are for the tom of the crown of the'street al'cng the center line thereof, as fO1 lows: - At the point of inte. rsection of the center line of East First Street by the center line of Main Street, 11~.~0 feet.
