<br />~TREMT~ IN THE~ CITY OF SANTA AHA, CHANGED AND RE-ESTAB;.ISHED,
<br />DIRECTING THE PUBLICATION 01~ T~I~ RE~OLUTYON, AND D~GNATING

<br /> Whereas, on the 18th day of October, 1~20, the ~$ard of
<br />Trustees of the city of Santa Aha, passed its Resolution of In-
<br />tention No. 669, to order the grade of and upon a portion ~f
<br />North Sycamore Street, West Tenth Street, and West Washington
<br />Avenue, all public street~ in the city of Santa Aha, changed and
<br />re-established and which resolution stated the names of the pub-
<br />lic streets and designated the portions thereof upon which it is
<br />proposed to change and re-establish the grade, and set forth
<br />the change o~ grade proposed to be made; and
<br />
<br /> Whereas~, said Resolution of Intention No. 66~ was there-
<br />after conspicuously l~sted for two days on the Chamber door of
<br />the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana, and published by
<br />two insertions in ~ANTA AHA DAILY EVEI~YNG REG;~TER, a daily news-
<br />paper published and circulated in the city of Santa Aha, and
<br />designated by said Board of Trustees for that purpose, which pub-
<br />lication was had therein on October 2Oth and 21st, 1920~ and
<br />
<br /> Whereas, ~he Street Superintendent of the city of Santa
<br /> Aha thereafter caused to be conspicuously posted, and on ~the
<br /> 22n~ day 'of October, 1920, there was conspicuously posted along
<br />
<br />the portions of .North Sycamore Street, West Tenth Street and
<br />
<br />West Washington Avenue, designated in said Resolution of Inten-
<br />
<br />tion No. 669, and of which it is proposed to change and re-estab-
<br />lish the grade, less than 100 ft. in distance apart, and forty in
<br />all, Notices of the passage Of said Resolution of Intention, each
<br />of said Notices were headed: NOTIC¥ OF CHANGE OF GRADE, in letters
<br />more than one inch in length, and in legible characters stated the
<br />fact of the passage of said Resolution of Intention, its date,
<br />the name of the public streets and designated the portions there-
<br />of, the grade of w~ich is proposed to be changed, and referred to
<br />said Resolution of Intention No. 66~ for further particulars,
<br />and also said Street Superintendent caused m Notice similar in
<br />substance to be published, and the same was published for six
<br />
<br />days, to-wit: on the 23-25-26-27-~8-2~ days of October, 1920,
<br />
<br />in SA~'TA A~A DAT~.Y MVF~NC ,R~G~.CT~R, a dai~y newspaper published
<br />
<br />and circulated in the city of Santa Aha,
<br />Board of Trustees for that purpose; ~d

<br /> ~hereas, more than thirty days
<br />
<br />and designated by the
<br />
<br />have elapsed after the
<br />
<br />~ rd day of October , 1~20, the date o~ the first pmb2icatlcn

<br />and no protests have been filed, and
<br />
<br /> Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha
