'3.13 RESOLUTION CF INTENTION NO. ~09 A Resolution by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, the board in which by law is vested the legislative powers of said city, declaring its intention to order the grade changed of and upon a portion of a public street in said city, stating the name, and describing the portion there- of upon which the change of grade is to be~a~de; setting forth the change of grade proposed, directing the posting and pub- lication of this Resolution of Intention, and of the posting and publication of notice of the passage thereof, and desig- nating a newspaper for that purpose. The Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha, the board in which by law is vested the legislative powers of said city, does hereby resolve as follows:- Section 1. The Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha resolve and declare its intention to order the following change of grade to be made in said city, to-wit: to change and re-estab- lish the grade of, upon, and ~long a portion of West Fifth Street, a public street in the City of Sante Ana, and which portion there- of is described as: Commencing at the place in and on West Fifth Street where West Fifth Street is intersected by the center line of North Broadway, thence Westerly along W~st Fifth Street to the place in and ~n West Fifth Street where ~est Fifth Street is intersected by the westerly Doun~ary line of the City of Santa Ana; so that instead of the present and now existing grade oF and on the des- cribed portion of West Fifth Street, the official grade thereof and thereon when changed sh@l] and will conform to the elevations hereinafter stated. The elevations, and which is the grade, are stated at designated points upon the center line of the described portion of West Fifth Street; the elevations given are for the top of the crown of the Street along the center line thereof, and which center line of the described portion of West Fifth Street is 20 feet north of the southerly cur~ line and 20 feet south of the northerly curb line extending alcng the described portion of We~t Fifth Street, the roadway of said street being $0 feet in width, between the se~d curb lines: The center line of the ~'0~% portion o~ ~e~t Fifth Street being described as followai Commencing at a point i:~ W~-.st Fifth Street which point ~s the intersection of the center line thereof by the center line of North Broadway, and which point is also described as ~eing 30 ft. North and 40 ~t. West of the Northwest corner of Block 13 Town of Santa Aha, as per m~p thereof recorded in Book 2, Page 51 of ~iscell~neous Records Los Angeles County, California; thence ~n a ztr~.~ght line westerly to a point in West Fifth Street which point is the intersection of the center line thereof by the cent- er line of North Ros~ Street, and ~nich point is also described
