317 At the point of intersection of the center line of We~t Fifth Street by the Westerly rancho line of the Rancho Santiago de Santa ~na, and which is also the westerly boundary line of the City of Santa Ana, g6.20 feet. Section 2. Each and every street mentioned and referred to in this Resolution of Intention is an oven public street in and of the City of Santa Aaa. Section All of the elevations in this Resolution of Intention here- inbefore stated and given are based upon a datum plane adopted and established by Ordinance No. 571 of the city of Santa Ana, ~hich datum plane ia 124.2gg feet below the center of ab-~nch mark, con- sisting of a Copper plate, fixed in and located at t~e northwesterly corner of the City Hall of the city of Santa Ana and marked "~.
