331 city of Santa Aha, by virtue of said proceedings having acquired jurisdiction to do so~ does, as provided in the "Change of Grade Act o£ 1909" hereby order tl~e grade of that portion of Bristol Street, a public street in the city of Santa Aha, which portion thereof is described as commencing at the center line of West Fifth Street, a public street in aaid city, where it intersects Bristol Street, thence southerly alon~ Bristol Street to the point on Bristol Street where it im~inte~sected by the center line of Monte Vista Avenue, a public street, ~roduoed easterly across Bristol Street, and which produced center line of Monte Viata Avenue also is and forms part of the southerly corporate boundary line of the city of Santa An~; thence souther- ly along the easterly one-half of Bristol Street to the point on said easterly one-half of Bristol Street which is intersect- ed by a part of the southerly corporate boundary line of the City of Banta Ana; (the said Bristol Street from the point of its intersection by the center line of West Fi£th Street southerly to the point of its intersection by the described center line of ~onte Vista Avenue produced easterly acnoss Briatol Street, being wholly within the exterior corporate boundaries of the City of Santa Aha, and from thedescribed center line of Monte Vista Avenue southerly to the southerly corporate boundary ling o£ the City of Santa Aha, only the easterly one-half of Bristol Street being within the exterior oorporete 0oundaries of the said city of Santa Ana.)ohanged as propoaed by and described in Resolution of Intention No. ?04, and said grade is hereby chenged to con- form to the elevations hereinafter stated, and which elevations shall be the official grade thereof. The grades are stated at designated points upon the center line of the described portion of Bristol Street from the center line of West Fifftn Street southerly to the center line of Monte Vista Avenue produced easterly across Bristol Street, ~nd which produced center line of Monte Vista Avenue also is and forma a part of the southerly corporate boundary line of the city of Santa Aha, and southerly of the described center line of Monte Vista Avenue the grades are stated at designated points upon the westerly line of the easterly one-half of Bristol Street, which westerly line is the center of Bristol Street, and is also a part of the westerly exterior corporate boundaries of the city of Santa Ana. All of the elevations given are for the top of the crown of Bristol Street, along the center line thereof, as follows: At the point of intersection of the center line of Bristol Street by the center line of West Fifth Street, 99.25 feet. At the point of intersection of the center line of Bristol Street by the center line of West Fourth Street, 96.60 feet.
