343 <br /> <br />NO. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TFE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA, CONFIRMING AgSES~MW~T FOB THE EYTFNMION <br />OF CUBBON STREET I~ ~ID CITY. <br /> <br /> Whereas, on'the 155h day of August, 1921, Edw. W. Dahl, <br />Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha, completed <br />and filed with the Clerk of said City his assessment in and <br />for the extension of Cubbon Street, a public street in the <br />city of Santa Ana, easterly fron the easterly line of South <br />Main Street, also a public street in said city, in astraight <br />line to the westerly line of Orange Avenue, s/so a public <br />street in said city, said extended portion of Cubbon <br />Street to be 50 ft. in width and open to public use; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, E. L. Vegely, as the duly elected, qualified <br />and acting Cler~ of the city of Santa Ane, gave notice of such <br />filing by publication as provided by law, the first pub- <br />lication of said notice being made and had on the l?th day <br />of August, 1921; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, more than thirty days have elapsed after the <br />date of the first pub]lcation of such notice, and the said <br />Clerk of the city of Sant~ Ana having, on this 19th day of <br />September, 1921, at the first regular meeting of the Board of <br />Trustees of said city, next after the expiration of the time <br />for filing oOjections to said assessment, laid said assessm~t <br />before the Board of Trustees of the city of Sants Aha, and <br /> <br /> Whereas, no objections have been filed and no person <br />appearing to object to said assessment: <br /> <br /> Now therefore, the Board of Trustees of the city of <br />Santa Ana do resolve as follows:- <br /> <br /> (1) Resolved, that the assessment of Edw. W. Dahl, <br /> Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Ana, for the <br /> extension of Cuhbon Street, as hereinbefore described, be <br /> and the same is hereby finally and conclusively confirmed, as <br /> the assessment for said purpose. <br /> <br /> (2) That the Clerk of the city of Santa Aha deliver <br /> to the Superintendent of Streets thereof the said assess- <br /> ment as herein confirmed with his certificate of said confir- <br /> mation and the date Shereof. That the Street Superintendent <br /> thereupon record such assessment and the diagram in his <br /> office in a suitable book for that purpose, and append thereto <br /> his certificate of the date of such recording, and such record <br /> shall be the assessment roll, and from the date of such record- <br /> ing in the office of the Street Superintendent ali persons <br /> shall be deemed to have notice of the contents of such <br /> assessment roll, and the several assessments contained in such <br /> <br /> <br />
