Excepting from the work above described any of said work already done upon Cypress Avenue to the official grade. Excepting however from all of the aforesaid described work the portion thereof within any area which is required by law to be kept in order and repair by any person or company hay- lng railroad tracks on Cypress Avenue. All of s~d work shall be done in accordance with the plans and specifications adopted therefor by the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana, by Resolution No. ?2g, on the 26th day of September, 192~, for said work, and which plans and S~oifi- cations are now on file in the office of the Clerk of the city of Santa Ana, and which plans and specifications are hereby specifi- cally referred to. The contemplated work and improvement on Cypress Avenue in the opinion of the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana is of more than local or ordinary public benefit and the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana hereby makes the expenses of such work and improvement chargeable upon a district, which dis- trict said Board of Trustees hereby declares to be the district benefited by said work and improvement and to be assessed to pay the cost and expenses thereof, and which said district is bound- ed and described as follows:- Beginning at the intersection:of the center line of Cypress Avenue, with the south line of Chestnut Avenue, thence easterly along the south line of Chestnut Avenue 199 feet to its intersection with the center line of the alley running north and south between Cypress Avenue and Orange Av~ue~ thence southerly along the center line of said alley and the southerly extension thereof to the north line of Tract No. 81, as record- ed in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 10, Page 31, Records of Orange County, California; thence southerly to the point of inter- section of the center line of that certain alley running north and south through Block "B" of Realty Subdivision, as shown and recorded in ~iscellaneous Maps, Book 3, Page 35, Recor~sof Orange County, Californla~ with the north line of McFadden Street; thence westerly along the north line of McFadden Street to the point of intersection of the center line of that certain alley running north and south through B~ock "A" of said Realty Subdivision; thence northerly along the said center line and the northerly extension thereof parallel to'the east line of Main Street to the south line of Chestnut A~enue; thence easterly along the said south line of Chestnut Avenue to the place of beginning. Notice is hereby given that serial bonds to re~resent unpaid assessments, and bear interest at the rate of seven Der cent per annum will be issued hereunder in themsnner provided by the improvement oond act of 1915, the last installment of which bonds shall mature ten years from the second day of July next succeeding nine months from their date.
