RESOLUTION NO. 57-2hl AWARDING $58,491.28 BONDS OF ThE CITY OF SANTA ~A TO THE BEST BIDDER AND REJECT- ING ALL O'I~ER BIDS. V~EREAS, at the time and place fixed for the opening of bids for $58,491.28, bonds of the City of Sauta Aha, designated VEHICLE PARKING DISTRICT NO. i BONDS, and numbered i to 18, both inclusive, · all bids were publicly opened, examined and read, and a tabulation thereof has been entered in the Minutes; and WHEREAS, the bid of the bidder hereinafter named is the best bid made by a responsible bidder for said bonds; NOW, THEREFOEE, THE CIT~ COUNCIL 0F TRE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the bid of First California Company, Inc., 647 South~pring Street, Los Angeles offering $ 60,026.13 for said bonds, which said bid was not less than the amount of the assessment represented by the bond on each parcel of real property upon which said bond constituted a lien, and includ- ed a premium over and above said assessments represented by said bonds of $ 1,534.85 , which is more th~n the accrued interest on said bonds. Said bid is hereby accepted and the bonds awarded to said bidder in accordance with the terms of the notice inviting bids, and the proposal submitted by said bidder. SECTION 2. That all bids, other th~a I hereof, are rejected and the Clerk ofthe turn the checks accompanying s~d rejected bids to the respective bidders. SECTION 3.
