WHEREAS, on the 5th day of }garch, 1922, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, Orange County, California, passed to close a certain street, No. a Resolution of Intention or alley, being Re~ lution And Whereas, Notice of Public V~ork has been regularly and'duly given as provided by law and the time prescribed by ].aw during which exception to said work can be made havins expired, And Whereas, the public interest or convenience required certain work to be dona and the said street or alley to be closed, It is hereby ordered tbs{ the street or alley hereafter described be, and the same is ordered closed. Said street or alley is described as follows: Ail of that certain street or alley ~0 feet in width deeded to the City of Santa Ana fou street purposes lying adjacent to and parallel with the westerly side of the Pacifmc lectrzc Railway Company's %0 foot right of way, and extending from the south line of McFadden Street southerly to the south City limits of the City cf. Santa Aha, as existing on the ~t~ day of March, 1922. Re~ lution No. 795 was read and considered by the Board of Trustees at a regular adjourned meeting held on the 2eth day of May, 1922. On motion of Trustee N. N. Dale, seconded by Trustee C. N. Chapman, the roll was called and Resolution No. Vg~ was passed by the following yote: Ayes: Trustees J.~.%]bbs, C.N.Chapman, E.N.Dale, ~. A.
