(b) Commencing at the south llne of East F~fteenth Street aha exteuding north to the south ~ine o~ East Seven- teenth ~treet and the entzre width of the aescr~hed Tortions of French Street from the m~rb constructed on the easterly side thereof to the c,~rb constructed on the westerly side thereof, and where no curb is constructed then to the easterly sad westerly curb lines existing on the ~escribed portions of French Street; and ~herever any street or alley intersects or terminates in the described ~ortions of French Street the~ beyond the curb line and across sidewalk reservatlons to the easterly and westerly property lines of the described uortions of the street where such intersecting street or alley exists. (The use hereinafter of certain words or phrases is i~tended to mean, goes mean, and shall at ali times ~e constr_~ed to have t~e meanJn~ hereim defined. "Frenc~ ~ Street" means the portions of that o~en public street above described.) 'Z~e work and improve~en[ t~] ich the Board of Trustees of tbs City of Santa Ann intends to order done and made in, on and along French Street is briefly described as follows: (a) The reffrading of French Street to subgrade six inches below the official grade on French [treet, as now established. (b) The excavation in French Street of five (5) lateral house connection sea, er trenches, .approximately five five feet deep, one tree,ch to be opposite each lot, piece or parcel of land fronting on French Street, except where a lateral ho~se connection sewer already exists. Each trench to extend easterly and westerly as the case may be from the ~afn sewer ~ipeline now constrxcted and existing along approximately the center line of Free, ch Street to the inside of tbs curb now constr~cted on the east and west sides of French Street.
