127 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING WOHK <br /> NO. 809. <br /> <br /> Whereas, the Board of T~ustees of the city of Santa <br /> Ana, on the 26th day of June, 1922, passed its Resolution <br /> of Intention No. 804, to o~der the hereinafter described <br /> work to be done and imp~ovement to be made in said city, <br /> which Resolution of IntentlonNo. 804 was duly and legally <br /> published twice in SANTA ANA DAILY EVENING REGISTER, a daily <br /> newspaper published and circulated in the city of Santa Aha, <br /> all as required by law and appea~s from the affidavit of <br /> <br /> T. 0. McDonour, principal Clerk ortho printers and publish- <br /> ers of said daily newspaper, and wht~Ja affidavit was filed <br /> in the office of the Clerk of the city of Santa Ana on the <br /> 29th day of June, 1922, and now on file therein; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, after the passage and adoption of said Reso- <br /> lution of Intention No. 804, the Street Superintendent of <br /> the City of Santa Ana conspicuously posted along the line of <br /> the contemplated work and improvement, at not more than <br /> 300 feet in distance apart, and 30 in all, notices of the <br /> passage of Resolution of Intention No. 804, headed - NOTICE <br /> OF IMPROVEMENT, in manner, form~and substance as provided by <br /> law, and the work being chargeable upon a district also <br /> conspicuously posted copies of said notice along all of the <br /> open streets within such district, not more than 300 ft. in <br /> distance apart on each street, and did post on each street <br /> 6 notices, and on all said streets, 42 notices; and <br /> <br /> Whereas,.the Street Superintendent of the city of Santa <br />Aha commenced to post the said notices on the 28th day of <br />June, 1922, and fully completed theposting thereof on the <br />28th day of June, 1922, more than ten days before the day <br />set for hearing protests or objections to the proposed wDrk <br />and improvement, all as appears by the affidavit of Edw. <br />W. Dahl, Street Su~ rintendent of the city of Santa Ana, <br />filed in the office of the Clerk of said city on the 28th <br />day of June, 1922, and now on file therein~, and <br /> <br /> Whereas, the Board of T~ustees of the city of Santa <br />Aha was duly in regular session at the council chamber <br />thereof, at the City Hall, at the hour of ~:30 o'olock p.m. <br />of Monday, the 1Vth daN of July, 1922, being the day, hors-, <br />and place notice of which was contained in the Resolution <br />of Intention and Notice of Improvement, whenand where <br />any and all persons having any objection to the p~oposed work <br />or improvement might appear before the Board of Trustees and <br />show cause why said proposed improvement should not be <br />carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention; <br /> <br /> And no owner, of property liable to be assessed for sdd <br />work made written or any protests against the proposed work <br /> <br /> <br />
