there is also and further hereby expressly excepted and upon which none of the described work is to be done or improvement made all that portion of Olive Street embraced within its intersection by West Fifth Street. Excepting, however, from all of the above described work the portion thereof within any area which is required by law to be kept in order and repair by any person or com- pany having railroad tracks thereon. All of said work shall be done and improvement made in accordance with the plans and specifications adopted therefor by the Board of Trustees of the city of ~anta Ana by Resolution No. 810, on the 18th day of July, 1922, and which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of the Clerk of the city of Santa Ana, and said plans and specifications are hereby specifically referred to. Resolved, that the proposed work and improvement is to be done on s part of West Sixth Street and also on a part of Olive Street at a grade other than the existing official grade t~ereof, and on such parts of the streets the work is to be done at and in conformity with the grade of West Sixth Street and Olive Street as modified and changed, on all other parts of the Streets the work is to be done ~ at the existing official grade. Resolved, that the existing official grade on a part of West SiEth Street and also on a part of Olive Street be modified and changed and for that purpose reference is hereby made to the plans and specifications adopted for the proposed work by Resolution No. 810, of the city of Santa Ana, on the 18th day of July, 1922, and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said city, which plans show the existing official grade on West Sixth Street and Olive Street, and the grade at which th~ work is pro- posed to be done on a part of West Sixth Street and a part of Olive Street. Reference to the plans and specifications .-~ for further particulars as to such proposed grade is hereby made. Re~ lved, t~t the existing o~ficial grade on West Sixth Street as the same is shown on the plans adopted for the proposed work, and at which the work is to be done, except at the places where modified and changed, is stated at designated points upon the center line of West Sixth Street, and the elevations thereof are as follows:- At the point of intersection of the center line of West Sixth Street by the center line of North Broadway, 125.80 feet. At the point of interwection of the center line of West Sixth Street by the center line of North Birch Street 124.8~ feet.
