RESOLUT~ ON OF INTENTION NO. 825. Resolve%that the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana intends to order, and hereby declares its intention to order, the work to be done and the improvement to be made hereinafter briefly described on and along a portion of that open public street in the City of Santa Aha, commonly known as North Bristol Street, and which por- tion thereof is described as beginning at the southerly line of West Fifth Street and extending southerly to the center line of West First Street, and the entire width of the described portion of North Bristol Street from the curb constructed on the easterly side to the curb constructed on the westerly side thereof, and where no curb is construct- ed then from the easterly to the westerly curb lines exist- ing on the described portion of North Bristol Street, and where any street or alley intersects or terminates in the described portion of Nbrth Bristol Street then beyond the curbs or curb lines and across the sidewalk reservation to the easterly and westerly property lines of the dewcribed portion of North Bristol Street; also on and along that open public street in the City of Santa - ns, commonly known as South Bristol Street, and which is described as: Portion (a) Beginning at the center line of West First Street and extending southerly to a line drawn across South Bristol Street, which line is 2652 feet southerly of the place of beginning, and which line is formed by a part of the southerly boundary line of the city of Santa Ana, and the said southerly boundary line produced from the west to the easterly line of South Bristol Street; and the entire width of the described portion of South Bristol Street from the curb constructed on the easterly side to the curb constructed on the westerly side thereof', and where no curb is constructed then from the easterly to the westerly curb lines existing on the described portion of South Bristol Street, and where any street or alley intersects or terminates in the described portion of South Bristol Street and at certain other places on the easterly side thereof he're~nafter desi~ated beyond the curbs or curb lines and across the sidewalk reservation to the easterly and westerly property lines Of the described portion of South Bristol Street. Beginning at a line drawn across South Bristol Street 2882 feet southerly of the center line of West First Street, and extending southerly to the place where the easterly one-half of South Bristol Street is intersected
