163 at s ~oint 3299.62 feet south of the center line of West First Street, and extending thence easterly to the east curb line of South Bristol Street, the laying in said main sewer trench of a six inch inside diameter vitrified salt glazed cylindri- cal main sewer pipe COnnected with and extending from the man- hole easterly to and inside of the curb constructed or to be constructed pursuant to this Resolution of Intention. 2. Co~nencing at the easterly side of a manhole on the center line of South Bristol Street at a point 5310.31 feet south of the center line of West First Street, and ex- tending thence east to the east curb line of South Bristol Street; the said main sewer trench to be excavated immediately north of the southerly boundary line of the city of Santa Ana, and wholly within said City; the laying in said main sewer trench of ~ ten inch inside diameter vitrified salt glazed cylindrical main sewer pipe, connected with the manhole and extending easterly to and inside the curb constructed or to be constructed pursuant to this Resolution of Intention, on the east side of South Bristol Street and the backfilling and settling of both said main sewer trenches to a true and solid surface on the subgrade. (8) The excavation in that part of South Bristol ~treet described as "Portion (b)" of 3V lateral house connec- tion sewer trench~s approximately five feet deep, at least one trench to be opposite each lot, piece or parcel of land fronting on the east side of that part of So~th Bristol Street except where a lateral house connection sewer ~lready exists. Each sewer trench to extend east from the main sewer pipeline now constructed in and existing approximately along the cen- ter line of that part of South Bristol Street, and which center line thereof is also a part of the westerly boundary line of the city of Santa Ana, to and inside of the curb constructed or to be constructed pursuant to this Resolution of Intention on the east side of South Bristol Street. The laying in each of said sewer trenches of a fou~ inch inside diameter vitrified salt glazed cylindrical lateral house connection sewer pipe, Connected with and extending from the main sewer pipeline to and inside of the curb, the backfilling and settling of said sewer trenches to a true and solid surface on the subgrade. Excepting from the work above described any of said work already done upon North Bristol Street and South Bristol Street, and there is hereby expressly excepted and upon which none of the described work is to be done or impreveEent to be made all that portion of North Bristol Street embraced within its intersection by West Fourth Street.
